Workspace roles
Owners manage the workspace, team access and billing. Administrators manage projects and experiments. Viewers read the data their workspace access allows. An OAuth connection never gives an assistant more authority than the connected user's current role.
Add teammates
The owner can add an existing verified user or create a pending invitation with an admin or viewer role. Pending invitations expire after fourteen days. A subscription is required for teammate access.
AI administration access is a separate optional consent. An assistant must confirm the exact email and role before changing membership.
When a subscription ends
The billing owner keeps access to historical results. Other teammate access is suspended until the subscription is active again. Revoked or expired AI connections cannot continue to use the workspace.
