Configuration not available
Check the actual public project key, environment name, hostname and server credential where required. Confirm an active subscription or trial, then inspect configuration delivery. A successful publication response is not a delivery receipt.
Events are missing
Verify explicit analytics consent, the stable visitor ID, URL targeting, actual exposure after rendering and exact goal event names. Check the date range and conversion window. Do not fill an empty result with invented example data.
AI connection problems
Use the canonical /mcp endpoint with OAuth, automatic client registration and S256 PKCE. The resource identifier must match exactly. A private SDK credential is not an OAuth access token.
Expired or revoked connections require reconnection. Refresh-token reuse can revoke a grant. If a permission is missing, authorize that scope explicitly rather than retrying an unauthorized action indefinitely.
